Summer Solstice

At summer solstice, the sun once again bakes Alaskans due to the tilt of the earth's axis that leans us toward the sun. The longest day of the year officially occurred June 21, and varied in length from 24 hours in Barrow to just over 17 hours of possible daylight in Ketchikan, the sun rises in Anchorage at 4:20 a.m. and sets at 11:42 p.m.

Still nothing new, just another that I have worked on. I'll work on some sort of tutorial or explanation of the steps I use tomorrow... maybe. ;)

As much as I do to some of these pictures, I don't think it can really be considered photography as much as it is digital art... /shrug. I guess I should really start explaining what it is I actually do to them... heh.

Nacho Libre

Went to see it on Father's Day. I hate lengthy movie reviews so I usually keep these short. It was ok, not great, not horrible.... just ok. Some very funny parts, but overall... it was ok. Fun to see in the theaters, but don't go expecting the funniest movie ever.

Feeling better

I am completely over the pneumonia that I'd had (thanks all for your concern) I'm almost ready to start actually taking daily pics again. I've kinda gotten into working on old pics so I may do this for a bit as well ;)

Still working on pictures and sleeping.
