Both shots are amazing, but the top shot is exceptional!!! The sun captured through the wings is awesome.
just a short note to say i love your photography, and it is such a joy to visit here! :)
the top is my favorite...the light is "just right"...anything that is illuminated tends to be beautiful....:)
I especially like the title ;-)
The pics are great, I'm really envious about not having a camera (and a talent for photography :-S) like that...
I'm with Monica; that first photo is brilliant.
Dave, thx man.. that was a tough one to get...
Sky, thanks :)
Monica, Yeah i'll have to agree with that, that lightbulb I did I had lit up with a flash light ;)
Skavenger, title? hah you can thank marino for that one :)
Beth, thanks again... I think I should just post them all in high res from now on, not sure why I don't...=\
You know I didn't even notice the title until Marino pointed it out to me? I read it, but because I'm used to Dutch I didn't notice that something was out of place, lol!
Great photos, especially of the dragonfly. The bottom photo is actually a Damselfly. They look very similar to dragonflies, but when they are at rest, damselflies hold their wings above their body or slightly divergent, while dragonflies hold their wings flat and even with the body when at rest. I love your insect photos, please don't stop!
LOving the dragon fly, your blog is cool, got here through areound the world in eighty blogs, I'm down as Wales.
