very good pictures...below...are they real?
I miss rinks. There are 2 boarded up ones within a few miles.
Hey...here's the latest from Toilet Bowl... she links to some friend's site on a recent post, and her friend wrote about WalMart, and before I even left a comment, (i was there for like 2 mins. max) I see this... read carefully, and laugh. Then consider who freakish it is that she monitors the activity of her friend's blog....

Be careful, the mean people from Dan Crall's blog will spam you with all their hateful anti-walmart crap.
I'm actually not totally a fan of walmart. I prefer Target as well. But my mom is a walmart loyalist, so I'm not anti-walmart. But generally when I shop on my own, I go to target, or sometimes to Price Chopper or someplace like that.
Have you heard about the anti-walmart documentary? Now I think that's a load of crap. Walmart found a business plan that worked, and suddenly they're taking heat because they found a business plan that worked. Gimme a break.

Bad news...
I found out from my site meter that Crall's been on your blog tonight. Sorry about that.
Your son looks cute indeed, heh... Well, since you said he's a monster, I'll just take your word for it. :P My little brother used to look cute as well, but I'll wager he was a worse monster than your boy over there ;-)
Let me tell you; They get worse when they grow up :P
I love all the other pictures as well, especially the "ice break" photograph. Beautiful!
Oh, and I have made your "daisy" picture my current desktop background. It r0x0rz!
squire, yup they're real... some are paintshopped, like the icebreak one but the others are untouched.
Crall, that woman never ceases to amaze and astound me..
skavenger, hah yeah, he's a monster but a cute one.... and I love that daisy pic too, I'm glad it's gettin used!
How come it looks like its snowing inside?
Dust on the lens....
Looks more like it's been taken from behind some safety-glass construction or something.
This is what I'm thinking: You exposed the photo for a couple seconds and the "snow" is just the flashing lights from the disco ball+colored lights, but the lights are on in the picture and no one appears blurry so...hmmm...I am just guessing. Mabey skavenger is right with the safety glass thing.
it does look like snow though. If that is dust... phew major dust!
That picture is so cool right out of the 1950'S . I remember skating at a rink like that when I was 5 in Michigan .
It was dust in the air, believe it or not... I flashed it and I was right near the carpeted area and people were skatin by... Damn dust in the air, (invisible to the naked eye of course) I could have paintshopped it out but like wally said it gave it that 1950's look, plus my boy is wearin that picnic table cloth for a shirt so he looks even more 50's haha
Dust eh? I like it with the dust.
