I agree with david but I'll add, Great silhouette with a ominous feeling of disparity, likened to being in a prison camp from WW1/2. That sky is the boreboding emphasis even though it's very beautiful.
Man, this image is too dark. Reminds me of Nazi concentration camp.

I always liked seeing this fence with a great sky behind it. The way the whitish light above & below the sun appears is neat.
